4 days before Christmas and it reached 23°C today.
Forecast calls for rain through the weekend but it’s still going to be in the 20s for Christmas. While the warm weather is nice, it’s just so un-Christmas-y. It’s weird and unnatural. Unnatural I say!

What? You never had Christmas dinner picnic while the kids got to play with their new bikes and baseball bats and stuff? You had to wait until spring to go out and play with your new toys? Weird!!
well, most of my friends had late summer/early fall birthdays, so those were the kinds of things they got for birthday presents.
If you were good, you’d find something like that sweet new Titan fiberglass hockey stick with the nearly illegal curve on the blade under the tree, or maybe a new pair of hockey gloves, or some cold weather clothes for skiing/camping/hiking.
If you weren’t so good, that snow shovel under the tree was probably yours.
