This was the very first slide rule, given to me by one of my math teachers. It’s a pretty basic student slide rule, perfect for learning how to use a slide rule. It’s made from bamboo and has the standard scales you expect from a beginner’s slide rule: A/D/K fixed rules, A/CI/C and S/L/T rules on the slide. The back of the slide rule has some conversions and tables that I never quite figured out how to use.
