Ping Island Strike‘s latest photos are a big dewar of liquid nitrogen and large hunks of foie gras.
I wonder if they’re planning foie gras-sicles.
I have to go to McCrady’s more often. Any restaurant that has a dewar of LN in the kitchen just has to be an interesting place to eat.
